I contacted the Law Firm that was representing
Boreal In the Foreclosure Lawsuit.

The Lawyer said that he has not represented
Boreal for about 1 1/2 years - since the Receiver
took Control.

I don't recall how to contact the Receiver and
I don't recall him answering any questions
emailed to him.
