So with that under his belt I saw he was dribbling PALR singly for days form 8/26 which has the horrid price of .01 and has moved only (actualy churned a spot) in a penny up range (100% but that is boring in that lane. Since NEOM move for days he dropped ball on PALR. but I note this from recent PALR press release:
