CBD Rescheduling is a very big deal — it is historic

The very first time the federal government is admitting that a component of MJ has medical value

Epidiolex is 98% CBD, so I am giving the FDA/DEA a 98% of doing the right thing and rescheduling CBD

My final prediction is that CBD winds up on Schedule III

Which is the wrong place as it shouldn’t even be on the Schedule at all — there is simply no evidence that it has the same level of addictive potential as other meds on Schedule III
