Now that it has been explained exactly what yesterdays s-1 was all about, the stock is right where it was at yesterdays close. It doesn't seem that many believe that it was good news or that there isn't going to be an RS in the future.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
