I'm not sure about that. The material event might have been telling us it will either be shut down or partnered. The stock price adjusted at that time. In saying that we will partner it or shut it down and it won't effect our long term strategy; they may have removed the "material" element from Long Term prospects anyway. They have already "discounted" it's importance to Long Term possible future of company.
