I wish they'd let it go to .02 again. No construction start and we go through until 2019 I may get some more there.

Worrying about the day to day here with scant volume and no reason to buy today over tomorrow or next month makes it pointless to paint. There isn't ANY volume for most of the followers here to get out anyway and I think it is ALL or NONE for many.

I'm betting on the dam being built.
