What makes it worthwhile is what money derived from stock issuance is used for. If they use a decent portion of the derived money to build production/grow facilities with the intention of generating revenue then this will be a good thing. If they use it to fund nothing but future clinical trials it will be a longer road to profitability and more dilution. They have stated they intend to do both so they can generate revenue to offset expenses which is a better strategy in my opinion.
