I don't understand that either,,,,,seems to not make any sense to me ,,,,but,,,,I'm no expert in this area,,,still,,,seems strange to throw away a sticker that is finally getting recognition and put a kink in things,,,,. Even if they are going to do this,,,,it still misses the advantage of just including BKKSF in their reporting until that time,,,,,UGH,,,
