WHEN?
It now 15 minutes before the market to open. Where the details of the spinoff are included in last week press release. Further details are anticipated to be available "next week"..... When USMJ expects to publish the term sheet agreement between all parties involved in the spinoff transaction.

This needs to happen and then USMJ might take off finally.
