80 cents. is that a good thing? it's over 1.60 now.

It is a win win, first and most important to us here is that it locks up another 1.25 million shares for at least a short time, and to a lesser extent, Tilray makes a bundle if they want to sell them, but I cannot imagine that there is a motivator to do that/
