So I was digging to this.... a few things I’m unsure of yet.....

1 - I checked Tyco 10k for 14 and 15 - no disclosure of legal proceedings? Is this because it is with Promixex? Would prominexs Corp structure prevent Tyco from having any liability?

2 - I tried finding judge Harris schedule on the Utah courts site for Salt Lake City county but couldn’t. Has anyone else been able to find this?

3 - I tried to place a buy this evening because I will be in meetings at market open... it said I had to call? Anyone else having this problem? I use E*TRADE.
