VMGI...It was stated in a way that could have meant that there was no R/S in his current plans. As you know, with mergers, buyouts and/or name changes, R/S's are very often part of the changes.....and not part of initial plans to turn a company around....from my experience. The new stock is often he way it's done....1 new for 10 ...or keep your old that expires(they used the cute word 'the old will be 'extinguished') in the near future, Conseco actually did that while I was a stockholder. New and old continued trading for a short time.
