I also think anything besides uplist and/or launch news is fluff at this point. Its been a year, its do it or dont do it. Dont talk about it getn shareholders all excited, that was already tried. Probly for good reason too, shareholder evaluation came from it. Who knows maybe VMSI was taking a stab a attracting investors. But the game is too deep in the 9th to waist time on fluff. Its time for VMSI to step up to plate and deliver.
