This is how it works....you show up to the polls and they can't find your name on the list because they've purged you. So they have you have vote on a provisional ballot which they NEVER count. Suing Kobach for Secret Purge Lists

The voter purge program has a safe corporate sounding name — it’s called Interstate Crosscheck. Crosscheck is a voter registration list cleansing scheme that centers in Kobach’s Secretary of State office in Kansas. Kobach claims that it matches double voters, while what is really does is match people with similar names that are on different states’ registration lists. Not surprisingly, the Trump-endorsed plan actually targets black, brown and voters of Asian heritage — also known as likely Democratic voters.
