Well...interesting. I did not see anything that connects the two companies. But if they are not connected, you would suspect a good case for infringement. Perhaps GRBX still wants to keep its distance from cannabis industry...just as they have done with GOHE. Perhaps some regulatory reasons that would limit them otherwise from playing with non-cannabis opportunities(aka those that are fully legal vs. quasi-legal). Perplexing as there is no connection of people between the two organizations that is publicly available that I can find...
