Checking with the Secretary of State's office in Florida, I found the following document, filed in September of 2012.

It appears that 321 Solutions was formed in 2012 and then was administratively dissolved, less than 2 years later, in 2014.

I didn't find the same company incorporated or registered elsewhere.
