Having a reverse merger is the purpose of a win-win situation for both parties where the private company will have access to become public and also the public company (RMRK) will have access to the license, plans, cbd products, franchise adquisitions, sports endorsements, and some more things that can be in works.

I mean we can all sit down here and complaint and/or if we are not to the challenge we can simply opt out and get into your next investment, thats why you do your own DD, if bashers make their guess and trash talk, most time is based on comments and not in facts.
