I mean I can understand why some may panic but there's a big difference in filing an S-1 registration statement and filing with FINRA to attempt to make it effective...a process that would take an absolute minimum 60 days and the company would of course have to first inform the shareholders by proxy vote ahead of time...so there's no reverse split coming here regardless of the language in todays registration statement...and there's no reverse split needed here anyways since the O/S and float are so tiny.
That could always change of course by/b4 end of year...but certainly no reason to sell just because the company is filing an S-1 to line up potential friendlier financing in the new year.
But I sure do appreciate picking up the gift cheapies!
