I am making progress of hurry and wait, lol. I answer a question and another comes up. I think I am close though. At this point they are telling me I should prepare to update it with the quarter ended Sept 30. There is nothing in the new quarter, so that will be easy. Having said that, I see no reason that will not be ready at the end of the month (next Saturday). Nothing new, so they can just approve it at the same time and I can file everything and be good through the quarter. I am trying to get the approval between now and then so that I can have it rather quickly.

I will be out of town that weekend. I will be back on the 2nd. I will make sure they have everything and see if I can get the approval letter rather quickly. Not saying I will have it right then, but it should be a a matter of days at that point.
