The facts don't differ! There will be NOTHING left over for any common stock equity holder! They are buying the plant and equipment, not shareholders because the company buying them is a numbered private company in Quebec, Canada! That is it! They don't even know how many employees they are going to bring back to manufacture something! It is what the company has been saying all along in all of their filings. Anyone ignoring what they said should lose all their money! JMHO
