Why not? Why wouldn’t a strategic buyer not come in for assets and potential future advantages without having to keep the management and current operation structure? Why not? It doesn’t matter that bioamber wasn’t bought in the initial stage because the initial stage was to keep the company as is. They didn’t want as is. They wanted full control and a change of business model hence they bought basically everything except the people.
