The Disney deal is insignificant. Any one of us can apply to use Disney characters for marketing. Disney is restrictive when placing characters on food and beverages but its not possible to get approved. Just placing a character on a juice box does not grantee juice will sell or sell for more money...

While it is nice RBIZ has the rights it does not make Rbiz a $100 million dollar company. All the other contracts and backlog does. Disney while nice to have the rights does not necessary add value.
