I understand the landacape quite well, but in the end if CBD is schedule III or IV then these CBD oil companies cant sell their products can they? Thats my concern.
Nust fyi I own several CBD stocks, but novidy has talked about this at all, and there have been DEA raids over CBD products. If it is III or IV and needs a prescription to get filled at a drug store, these CBD companies that are making money and banking on selling their CBD product online and in stores (like they do today), do you think there is any risk of a larger scale crackdown on CBD that could hurt the industry very much?
Yea, the public and stock market has spoken, but the DEA is a backwards ass, waste of an organization that doesn't listen.
