Isn't that the real issue? Isn't the point of the audit to move the listing off the pink sheet to the QB and eventually beyond? To give them credibility, to remove the doubt and be held to more accountability. They are less reputable than most pink sheets because others aren't lying about pursuing an audit that never comes to fruition. Its time they come clean and represent the truth and disclose why the audit has been on going for years. This latest missed deadline hasn't even produced any type of response from management. Its a slap in the face to shareholders, they don't feel obligated to answer to us and they don't feel they need to be honest. Its a major issue and we don't deserve this treatment. Why issue a update 2 weeks prior to the call and then continue to stay quiet 8 weeks later? I think we are entitled to answers, Lee the others should be held accountable to us and they should be ashamed they are conducting business like this. Its not a private family owned company and they should not be allowed to conduct themselves as if they are. Period. I get no response if I inquiry about it, I guess enough people aren't asking the question to warrant a response.
