You have a good point jlevonson. People who allow their names to be included on the NOBO list are not giving permission to have their names published on the internet.

Think of all the new scam lists they will probably get on. Next thing you know they will think they are winning the international lottery every day and will be working with several highly placed Nigerian officials to help them move tens of millions of dollars out of their country.
