Quiet periods have been used primarily for IPO's.
Since Cnes is already public, what would this 30 day period refer to?? Merging with a private company maybe?... Gas meters and Movies are way apart to suit me... so this is odd to my experience... it's late, sunday I'll do some more DD on cnes's filings and try to get any clues... Although I've seen penny companies go from 'Socks r Us' to 'Brain imaging and surgery inc" before.... so who knows.......
