Besides, you apparently have no clue what Dwyer is doing, or why. Sure, he sold some shares, but he is also returning a ton of shares to the treasury to reduce the OS. You make it sound as if a CEO is a chump if he sells some of his shares. He very well might need cash to help get IBPK current - it costs money, you know, and IGPK has none. If you look at the fins, you will see that he loaned the company money in the past, instead of getting convertible notes. Funny, people seem to forget that.
