I know I heard the news. Lame. All can go north if Alessi get custodianship. Then suspension can be fixed with the filings after the update.

Lame we didnt get updates before this happened to prevent a sell off from retail.

no he didnt bring it up that's why I didnt say anything. He is probably going to go dark after this lol I think until he can get the court proceedings going. This could of been avoided for sure but the process is still the same for him if he takes over the ticker.
