Two ways:
1) but the stock in the open market but once you hit 5% Bishop is going to know a play is being made because you must file a 13D with the SEC and he may do things to stall it or stop it, depends on his frame of mind.

2) enter into negotiations direct with Bishop to buyout the shell.

Either way the cost will most likely be about the same.

I would try just buying up a majority and step in and remove his arse.
