In my humble opinion indebt, there has been nothing to suggest filings tonight. Posters have misinterpreted the previous statement from the company. What was said was..." Jewish holiday commencing today will result in no Communications from the company until Thursday September 20th 2018". This does not mean there will be imminent news or filings today. I take it to mean they are not working during the holiday so there will not be any response to emails or any announcements during that time but will be responded to on Thursday. I HOPE like hell there are filings tonight but I don't think there will be.
