Dosing at 300,525, 700 was a step process. Ensuring patients injection site would be non responsive to increase dosage in one area vs multiple site injections first concern, it worked. With it came an increase in viral load suppression in difficult patients. Bottom line, increase dosage is targeting a larger patient count with no side effects and working. Pro 140 as a first line of defense will be a marketing giant. Financing, which some here can't seem to grasp will be non dilutive and available after closing acquisition.
Misiu has explained this much better and I too place the same value of her opinion as others. She confirms the medicine and that's good enough for me.
