In contrast to Nader who talks about that they just cannot raise $100M at 40c-50c due to .. I don't know.

Nader said in the cc the board told them to raise just a little. My guess is probably because they feel in the future they can raise at better terms then 40-50c.

Q1 numbers should be out in 3 weeks. We will get to see how much the burn rate was for the first three months.
