I don't quite understand the logic?

But feel VKTX should now, at the least, price the shares at high end value of $56 and no less than low end of $39....And only this low because of the ratio and number of shares OS, Issued and Floating in relationship to MDGL share pricing, OS, Issued and Floating shares as a matrix's for calculating the amount.........Of course all in my opinion.

Would be nice if the offering was at 20.00 and already completed and overscribed , the volume the last couple days has been huge. The last time they did offering the stock went up, I expect the same this time. The CEO and insiders own over 50% of the shares.
