Yea but part of that is because they make up their own rules as they go...lol. And, they have lost some lately.

I'm a little annoyed with the SEC that they didn't put an end to this when it was still FHAL. I know, I know...God knows, I know..the wheels of justice turn slow but geez, this one was soooo blatant. I've seen them halt trading for far less than what this guy has pulled and on stocks trading at much lower prices.

This one should have been suspended a loooong time ago.
