Here are major Jewish holidays; no wonder Leo didn't reply emails; I presumed he'll be away at least until after 10/2, that's why no milestones can be achieved by 9/30:-

Dates in red are yom tov, so they have similar obligations and restrictions to Shabbat in the sense that normal "work" is forbidden.
