Why would chavez be helping the poor in the US without having his name stamped all over it front and center? The whole point of his oil stunt was to make bush look like an idiot and get favorable PR for himself.

He refers to us as demons and to george bush as, alternately, the devil and hitler. He's not helping americans just for the hell of it
