More like Potts got disgusted.

He gave a good bit of money for drilling that never took place, wasn't finished and wasn't reported because SRSR management diverted a portion of said funds for other purposes.

There is a reason why Potts never invested more, and others stayed away. The lawsuit isn't the major reason for the no action here.
