No, if you read my post I was asking you an as yet unanswered question in lieu of making an assumption.
"Ok, are you suggesting I should not be researching the history of the principals, management and related parties? "
... and if not, then why did you mention Jack Walls passing?
I thought people associated with HCTI, NTI and their previous involvements with companies would be of interest to shareholders.
"Are you assuming I was suggesting?"

Ok, are you suggesting I should not be researching the history of the principals, management and related parties?
.. or the similarities of companies they had been associated with?
Otherwise, whats the purpose of telling me Richard Wall has passed?
So, now Richard Walls involvement should not be mentioned?
I think if shareholders had been more informed about the history of HCTI they wouldnt have gotten as burned as some have.
... to the tune of over $43M
Ok, with no mention of individuals, HCTI was created as a shell to transfer shareholder monies from a public company to a private one operated by the same people.
... and there's similar previous operations involving the same people.
Shouldnt even be legal.
"Richard Wall is Darin's Father, who has passed."

Can someone refresh my memory on Darin? Isn't he somehow related to Richard Wall?

Nellis is now involved with NTI and the planned merger of NTI into EPDS. NTI uses another Eurotech tech under a sub-license from Global Matrechs. The NuCap tech hyped by NNRI was the other Eurotech tech. I'm sure you will recall how these things were done.
Maybe Richard and Darin are at it again...
