Honestly, the mistakes that happened early on w/filings can be traced straight to the aforementioned person who was the chief compliance officer. Those mistakes led to immediate complications and further mistakes.

What I cannot comprehend is all of the assurances of pros watching/coaching/mentoring the process of the pubco.

Can we safely say that the involvement of the aforementioned person soured the mentor(s) and they walked away???

We suffered through the worst of the worst of times but now, the train is properly fueled (diesel vs the gasoline used by the aforemention person) and operating a bit more prudently with some exceptionally sharp sales gurus mentoring the Zenergy Associates. And that, in combination w/Enertrade (soon to be ZP&G) is what keeps me completely engaged.
