Oh I don't abuse it for sure. Last night we had a big fat ribeye with baked taters, mmmm mmmm good. Had mushrooms and onions on the steak.
Got a little 1/2 size broiler pan, line it with foil, put in chopped up mushrooms and onions, put some dabs of butter in thee and season, cover with foil. Don't have the top on broiler pan on. Bake for about 1/2 hour at 400. Take out of oven, uncover and put the top of the broiler pan on and broil the steak the way you like it cooked. All those juices from the steak gets down in there.
He was going mmmm mmmm all through the dinner. He gets treated right.
