First you tell us that it is clear from the financials and basic research that Healy is lying when he denies being the beneficial owner of common and preferred stock. Now you say that:

..the TMM financials have been deliberately misconstrued to make it look like Healy isn't a major owner of TMM common and preferred stock

So I will ask again: please explain what research you have unearthed that establishes that Healy has made a serious misrepresentation, advanced one million dollars to Tmmi, and now holds common and preferred shares beneficially through a holding company?
