In all seriousness, what legitimate business person will take over a dirty OTC pink shell that’s being sanctioned for fraud? None.

As it stands now, Goldberg is in serious trouble. I would not doubt that he’ll give up any of his promoters, disclosed and not, in an effort to make a deal.
