I've said for a long time, that the Co.controls the stock price through Managements control of the company, indirectly controlling the stock.
Then everyone jumped in on me saying, oh no,no- the Co would never do that, they wouldn't be allowed, etc,etc. Hayward's a smart guy,
and imho when the time comes, we're going to see things pop like we've never seen before!
