Hey guys, a little curious about the REEI/Lotito custodianship play...

The minutes from the hearing indicate that Lotito/Chasey's petition for custodianship of REE has been GRANTED. However, no order has been signed or filed since then, and it's been almost 3 weeks. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that signed order necessary to begin the actual custodianship process??

Also, looked up Lotito/Chasey's other case dealing with OCEL, and the order was filed promptly after the hearing. Plus, that case was initiated on the exact same date as the REEI one.

Anyways, if anyone has some insight or knowledge about this it would be greatly appreciated. I posted the relevant case #s below if needed. Thanks!
