Yes. They paid for two previous dividend payments. This is not in dispute.

Beyond this, they also promised other dividends and measures to boost shareholder value. I have lost count of the number of broken promises over the years. Even so, I hope that this is one of those lucky times that they actually follow through and pay out. However, I do not trust SIAF management to do the right thing. Over the years, this company has lost my trust through its actions. I look forward to the day that I can break even and depart.
