The one thing I found most Telling about the PR is actually for what it does not mention,and that is JG. (unless I missed something) Make no mistake this is still all about JG in the end but if this was JG'S Mineral Right Fogassa would have PLASTERED it all over that Press Release with the superposed IPO looming. This leads me too believe that this may be the ~1,350 Acre Right that just BMIX (RST may be in this also) has in the North River Valley. I guess that is the good news I suppose. The Bad News is he does not intend to ever be the one too Dig JACK ever again. SO what is the End Game Bemis? Fogassa has always been about control and without BMIX and his Magic Share he will not have Total control of JG (not too mention all the Shares he has on the Table still) SO what is it in the end, Merger, Sell? because I do not Believe anyone wants too invest with him or this would have happened Long,Long ago. This cannot keep going on much longer (IMO) because he will just keep Diluting his own Payday so I think he must have something in the works.(I hope) SO what is it?
