Its obvious they're in thr process of finding funding, they cant do a reverse anymore lol, and this is very cheap. They are ambitious in their direction, so this is a very lucrative investmemt at this low price if developments take off. If for any low probability chanvethis is a scam, then there will be lots of news coming to pump this lol. Fact there isnt shows it actually is legit and funding needs are being met. It is in their filing!
