No they got delisted. I was in DCTH. When the shareholders defeated the RS proposal, it jumped from .02 to .35 in 5 days. Over a billion shares traded. Then got sold down to around .10. eventually they got delisted. Now on otc. Recently they did a 500/1 Rs on otc. Currently around $8, but only 1 million shares. So you see RS not good. EPIC FAIL IMO
