UDF IV had a $16 million loan to CTMGT Granbury. It’s another Centurian development. This is another indication that the real estate backing UDF IV loans continue with development progress.

See below where Centurian met with City Counsel of Granbury and discussed the following on march 6. Hopefully they are close to final plans and commencing development:

Council to receive engineering reports (Comprehensive Studies) from CTMGT Granbury, LLC, and take possible action on said reports to approve the 'Comprehensive Studies' to support the Knox Ranch development as outlined in the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA), adopted March 5, 2013, filed Hood County Deed Records 2013- 0002799. The acceptance of the Comprehensive Studies would fulfill the requirements set forth in Section 5.1 within the (CDA) and allow for the processing of final plats and development to commence within the Knox Ranch Addition.
