The 10K was extremely detailed and rehashed some information I found surprising. It was about 20 pages longer than the 2017 10K.

IMO they were clearing the decks in anticipation of "bigger news", but who knows.

I do not view Aspire as a conspirator. In fact Aspire has provided useful financing IMO at a reasonable cost, minimizing share dilution. I would be happy for IPIX to continue using Aspire when the share price rises.

Awaiting Loanrangers critique.
